She serves as an advisory board member for WTS and is their Director of Cosmetology, USA. She is the Immediate Past-President of Cosmetologists Chicago and Americas’ Beauty Show. She is a Bauman Certified Hair Coach.

Dr Martine Candido, Biotech with Master Degree in Trichological Sciences, is a professor of microscopy in polarized light and co-founder of the I.A.H.M. (Italian Academy of Hair Microscopy) and coordinator Trichoitalia. She directed the Scientific and Trichological Department of two International companies of capillary prostheses and haircare. She has been involved in training and scientific dissemination in medical and professional sector for over a decade, an area of expertise that has led her to participate as a speaker at an International level.

Caroline Ruggiero, COO of Truly You Hair and Scalp Clinic, is a pioneering Trichologist in Canada. With an Honours Degree from the University of Toronto (UofT), she holds certifications from I.A.T and is a member of WTS and CHLC. Caroline’s expertise extends to nutrition, and she boasts certifications from CRLAB, Laboratoire Nature, and the Italian Academy of Hair Microscopy. A dedicated member of AHLC, Caroline has received numerous awards, including the 2022 Ronald Salinger Award and the 2022 Brilliant Minded Women self-development award. She obtained her Cosmetology training from Riverside Community College, where she also earned an Associate of Science degree in Cosmetology. In 2005, she heeded the advice of her sophomore cosmetology instructor and became a Cosmetology Instructor herself, teaching at Riverside Community College for over six years. Tracie’s passion for the field, inspired by her mother and grandmother, both beauticians, led her to open Make It Happen Private Salon, where she has delighted thousands of satisfied clients. Her career then took a new direction, focusing on hair loss specialization.
